You've got a bit of crap on there, download and run Spybot Search and Destroy on the machine, that should fix a lot of it.

Also, check how much HDD space is left on the machine, if there's less that a Gb, free up some space. Also, defragment the hard drive. Those should also make things run a bit faster.

Does it have Google desktop on there (can't see it on your log)? That shit makes things ssssssssssssssssssssssssloooooooooooooooow.
