That fateful night in Paradise

Me and Jane *My little taxi grrrl* went out last night. I'm quite impressed, I've never drunk so much, and managed to keep it all in the next day!

Jane picked me up from [Work], then we were sat, and decided that we were going to the pub. Jane's dad was playing bridge anyway, so we have the no.1 thing, lifts. The no.2 thing, money. Well, I had a spare tenner lying around that my dad had given me the night before. So, after changing into my bis t-shirt, I was away!

Jane always went to a couple of select pubs, ones that I've got to say, I'm not too keen on on a Friday, because they're the "Trendy" pubs, and I'm not trendy. So, we went to Joot. It's a nice pub, with fantastic interior design and decor, but the atmosphere is too expensive for me. 1st drink, Tia Maria and Coke. My favourite!
We sat for about an hour with the one drink, we were in no rush, and that round had just cost me the best part of ｣5! So, we went to The Paradise Lounge. It's a dark pub with a low roof. They have had The Freestylers there, and Apollo 440, and Bently Rhythm Ace. Anyway, I love the place, Jane doesn't but she wanted a cocktail. You've got to go there to get one! So, we were looking at the menu, and WOW these guys have cocktails!!! So, we ordered a Black Russian. I didn't know that it was too-for night, I should've remembered from when I was in there with Pete, but I didn't. So, we had one of those each, and a Mississippi Mudslide. (Black Russian = Tia Maria, Vodka, Coke and a Guinness head. Mississippi Mudslide = Tia Maria, Vodka, Creme De Cassis, Cream) Watched the Football on the TV (3-1, getting better boys!) and slowly getting pissed! It was sooo funny, because we were giggling at shit (I don't even remember what we were laughing at) and then when we tried to get out of there, the drink hit us and we nearly went down! Oh yeah, before we left, I decided that we should get one more, and we had a Blue Kamikaze (Blue Caraco, Lime, Vodka and Galliano) and Jane didn't like that one bit!
So, we went down the road to Lloyds. I had another Tia Maria and Coke, and we sat there for 1/2 an hour. Giggling, singing and eyeing up random guys. I didn't care that they weren't interested, I didn't care that I looked a mess. I was having the best time in ages, and no-one was going to tell me otherwise! We went to the car to meet Jane's Dad, and I could see him in a pub over the road. He called us in, and then bought us ANOTHER drink!!! Then we went up the road to a chipshop. Me and Jane have this thing at the moment. Battered Mars Bars. Oh my god, if there was one thing that you SHOULDN'T eat, it's Mars bars.

When I got home, I went on the computer, and sat on [Mirc] and chatted for a bit. I'm sooo sorry guys, I didn't mean to be so drunk!!! (-_-) Kisses to Dru and Ash and Matt and Tina

I've not been so carefree in ages. Last night, nothing mattered, no-one could've pissed me off, and not even his moorning's inevitable nastiness wasn't worth last night. Thankyou Jane for such an ace night out, and I'll try to be more sociable from now on.
