still in pain from last night, can barely type to be honest
just cancelled my broadband from bulldog, I wanted 8mb. I said I'd pay the £41.50 a month. they then e-mail me to tell me that they can only manage 2mb, and they will charge me £5 less.
£36.50 a month for 2MB broadband and I'm forced to have a phoneline installed? I think not!
I've been on hold 30 minutes to have someone in India who I can't hear properly tell me I need to E-MAIL them instead? what a crock of shit! I hate them and I've never even gotten a service
