I must've slept funny last night - my shoulder is more painful than it ever has been.

angelic_angie gave me a massage, which eased it for all of 2 minutes :( And now it's worse than it was before.

cat_in_a_box has covered it in freeze gel stuff, so I'm hoping that I can at least sleep tonight. I've got at least 3 days in a row of work, and I think that my dusting skills will be impaired!
