Spinach! YAY!
Jan. 30th, 2007 09:43 pmI ate salad for lunch today, and I had spinach dry-fried with grilled chicken coated in a little honey and wholegrain mustard, and a corn on the cob with a little spread.
Damn it was good.
I'd never had spinach before now, but it's gorgeous. Just the right amount of bitterness. I want MORE!
My mum has ordered me a new fitball from Amazon, so I should get the right size soon. Today I got a free consultation with a girl from the gym and she showed me some exercises on the fitball. If I ever get enough money to afford to do so, I'll pay for her for an hour. She was nice.
