Looks like I'm not going to the US soon though!

Sunday morning, I got home from work around 5.40am, I went to bed around 6.30 and slept until 4pm.

Sunday I couldn't sleep. I laid in bed from 4 until 7, when my housemates started getting up so I got back up too. I tidied my room and caught two hours of sleep from 12 until 2.

Tonight I tried getting tipsy so I could sleep. All that happened was I slept from 12 until 3, when next door made a banging noise. Now I'm still awake and not tired.

I've only had 5 hours of sleep in two days, that's less than I used to get in a day! I'm getting really upset with it, which is of course contributing to not being able to sleep. All I want is some rest so that I can feel better. This has been going on for a while but it's gotten worse the last couple of weeks.

They shops aren't even open yet so I can get some milk to warm up to try. Why can't I sleep? I feel so incoherent and I've got to be really busy tomorrow :(
