Imagine my surprise when I get my email today to see that the SHAVING KIT that I ordered early in September is on sale on your site for £16! That is the same £16 that I paid to you for the set I didn't receive.

I saw the set on sale for £16
I paid for the set at £16
I didn't receive my set that I paid £16 for
I saw the set go on sale a SECOND TIME for £16
I decided to find out where mine was
I was told that the set I had paid £16 for hadn't been sent and I would receive a refund.

I received a refund of £14.
I tell you I paid £16 for the shaving set, you repeatedly deny this
I send you a screenshot of my bank account in 6 different formats stating that I paid £16 for it
You still repeatedly deny that I paid £16 for my SHAVING SET while repeatedly sending me replies to someone else's emails
Today I see the SHAVING SET on sale again for £16.

Is this enough? Can you now verify that I paid £16 for a GENTLEMAN'S SHAVING SET that I didn't not receive and I only received a £14 refund? What do I have to do to make you give me back my £2?

Here is a screenshot of your GENTLEMAN'S SHAVING SET up for sale at £16 along with the screenshot of my bank account again and also a screenshot of the email confirming that my order had been placed for, guess how much? That's right - £16.

Refund me my £2, this has gone on for long enough.

I have CC'ed in Watchdog, they've probably got enough complaints to do a whole show about you, but I guess it won't hurt having my e-mail along with it.

How can you repeatedly lie and say that I paid £14 for the GENTLEMAN'S SHAVING SET and then put it up again on your site for the full £16 that I paid?

Send me back my money, please.
