Day 25 → Your day, in great detail
Dec. 25th, 2009 02:20 pmAt midnight, Amy and Gary were round and we'd just finished having a snowball fight outside and making a 4 foot high snow cock. It wasn't too cold and we all actually just took off our wet outerwear and sat in the house.
We opened a bottle of the amazingly named "Chantemelle" and drank it to celebrate it being Christmas. I opened my present from my Secret Santa on the Internets and I got a National Geographic DVD about Egypt and a book about Egypt too. I gave Gary his hotsauce presents and we watched an episode of Mythbusters, followed by South Park.
Then Milf and I went to bed at 3am. I woke alone at around 1pm to find him already playing computer games. After waking up a bit we went downstairs and swapped presents - I got him Transformers the Animated Movie, Transformers and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen on Blu-Ray. I received The Biggest Loser Wii game! [He'd already given me my computer] We drank a bottle of Lindauer with Orange Juice and had Bagels with Cream Cheese and Salmon for breakfast.
I put the pork in the oven, to Jamie Oliver's recipe and we watched 2 episodes of CSI.
After faffing around on the internet a lot, we ate dinner around 8pm [the pork took 6 hours] and then got our stuff together and went around to Gary's mum and dad's house. We played some Wii and watched some Ghostbusters before coming home to bed again. What a simple and relaxing day!
