I don't know about the green - there's too much blue in it really to fade properly to yellow. But the orange parts I think should fade as it heals to pink; it's very fresh and raw right now, and I think what's actually giving it that "orange" look is actually plasma seeping through as the skin heals - beneath all the shine from the plasma, the ink does look to be a reasonably dark pink that will naturally lighten to the shade you wanted as it heals up completely.
If the green stays green, I think it's a "blue" enough shade that it can probably be redone with a proper, darker blue to contrast against the pink.
Not sure what to suggest for the hair other than fancy clips to pin it out the way - but give the tattoo time and I think you'll find it's not so bad as you fear.
