I wish I could offer 'the right thing to say' but I'm not that bright.

Change. Change can be good. Painful, scary and overwhelming, but it is all part of ones personal evolution. It hurts. Oh fuck it hurts doesn't it? there's strength in there too you know.

Take it from me.

In every horrible day you suffer, there is strength to be gained. In every setback on your way to where/who you want to be, there are lessons and experiences to be taken on board. Look forward. Carry on. Be you and never deviate.

Awful things tend to creep up on us when we least expect them to do so. we can't plan ahead for them. We can't prepare ourselves for them.

I know all about broken hearts. If a fucking moronic little man like me can make it through, then so can you.

If that comes across as rambling nonsense, I'm sorry. I guess I could sum it all up with *hugs*, but you deserve more than a one word answer.
