Have you chosen a different provider yet ?

I know you've looked at plusnet, I've had good service from them and only heard good things from other people as well. I think there's cheaper deals available from other people but I couldn't comment on how good those are.

I would reccomend you to keep pestering bulldog as much as possible until you get your cash back as it sounds like they are swamped with complaints, and in those cases the people to get paid first are normally the ones shouting the most.

Ask for it back. If you trawl around t'interweb you'll see that lots of people have had issues with them. Get them to cough it back up.

I thought you'd told them several days ago you were canceling. I suggest you keep at them and write to watchdog. You'd be amazed how quickly companies pay up when they get involved.
