Update

Despite promising myself I would update livejournal more, I've totally failed. I'm finding myself without things to say or with too much alcohol in my system to update.

Valentines day was nice, milfos took me to a Japanese restaurant I'd not been to in Leeds. We ate good food, and we drank a bottle of Bollinger!! It was expensive and although I don't think I'd drink it again, I'm proud to say that my boyfriend let us do it while we had the chance. He really means the world to me and I will love him 'till the day I die. We had an amazing evening and I couldn't think of anyone I'd rather spend any time with.

Friday I travelled up to my parents' house. Mum made me Szechuan Chilli Chicken, which is my favourite meal on the face of the planet.

Saturday my parents were working at the Lichfield Beer Festival so I went and did a bit of shopping. I got a pair of trainers in the sale for £20, as I've walked my way through two identical pairs in the last 6 months so I changed from Shoe Zone's finest to some Acupuncture. I hope these last. I also went to Dorothy Perkins and tried on a pair of size 20 jeans. Since the last time I tried on jeans I was a 22, and I've not bought anything new for myself in about a year and a half [everything has been second hand from lj] I was mightily surprised to find out that the 20 was miles too big and I bought the 18. I have since found out that the 18 is too big too. I always thought that DP was on the small side and I am mightily surprised to find out tomorrow if I can fit into the 16. Fingers crossed. Losing 2.5 stone is supposed to do more than change one bra size I'm sure!

Then my best friend from high school came to pick me up and we stayed in watching Starship Troopers and the Buzzcocks episode with Preston in it. What a wanker. I woke up, we walked the dog and I've spent a lovely day in the house making rice crispy cakes and helping mum dye her hair. That's what Sundays are about!!

Tomorrow we go to Tamworth to buy shoes for mum and change my jeans. I also go back to Leeds [booo]

Ed just showed me Buzzcocks on youtube and I was losing it! Bill B and the host were just ripping on this "punker than thou" guy that I hated the moment I saw him. Totally loved it =p
